The Minnesota House Republican Campaign Committee is dedicated to supporting Minnesota House Republican candidates seeking office. Job Title/Summary:
Field staff are the eyes and ears of the campaign. They are the liaison between the voters and the candidate. The HRCC is looking for hardworking summer paid internship candidates to help coordinate and assist with Minnesota House candidate campaigns. Each week, you will find yourself outside, engaging with voters at the door, and reporting their feedback with your team. You will also participate in parades, organize volunteer canvassing, and attending local campaign events with the candidate. You will be part of a fun, hardworking field staff team based in communities across the state.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Identify and persuade potential voters door to door.
Help craft and deliver an effective message.
Recruit and manage volunteers to help with various campaign activities.
Monitor the media and opposing efforts.

Requirements:
Organized and reliable.
Positive attitude.
Works well with the team.
Valid MN Driver’s License and current car insurance.
Smart phone.

Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Compensation:
$20.00/hour; Plus mileage reimbursement
