House Republicans Announce Over $1 Million Raised
St. Paul- The Minnesota House Republican Campaign Committee (MNHRCC) announced Friday they raised $1,016,030.00 in 2013 with $523,070.04 cash on hand.
“It’s no surprise Minnesotans are concerned by the direction our state took under one-party control. Last year, Democrat Governor Mark Dayton and the Democrat-controlled legislature took billions in new taxes and fees from hardworking taxpayers, fully implemented ObamaCare in Minnesota and paved the way for the forced unionization of small business owners,” said House Republican Leader Kurt Daudt (Crown). “Fortunately, 2014 is the year we restore balance in state government and elect a Republican majority in the Minnesota House of Representatives. We are thankful for the support of Minnesotans and know with their generosity we will have the resources to beat Democrats in November.”
All political party units are required to file complete reports with the Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board (CFB) by January 31. A full copy of those reports will be made available by the CFB on their website.
