About John Petersburg
Representative John Petersburg represents the cities of Waseca and Owatonna, and parts of the surrounding areas.
John is a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Owatonna, where he has worked as the Church Administrator for the last 15 years. He has worked extensively in education, serving for three terms as a member of the Claremont/Triton School Board, and was elected twice to the Minnesota School Boards Association. John is a lifelong resident of the Owatonna area, and grew up on a farm north of Claremont where he farmed for 15 years.
John and his wife, Susan, live in Waseca. They have a blended family of eight children and six grandchildren.
