About Barb Haley

Representative Barb Haley is in her first term in the Minnesota House. She represents portions of Goodhue and Wabasha counties.

Barb has extensive experience working in business and with non-profits, most recently with Every Hand Joined, an education initiative. She also recently initiated a project called “Red Wing WORKS” - a partnership between schools and manufacturers that is focused on promoting manufacturing careers and building a strong job pipeline for area industries. In addition, she has served as a Community Board Member and Board Chair for Fairview Red Wing Health Services. She serves on the Board of Directors of the local YMCA and is a Board Member for WomenCents, a non-profit that raises awareness and support for organizations that serve women, children, and families in the Red Wing area.

Prior to her most recent non-profit work, Barb worked as an executive with AT&T in a variety of roles including serving most recently as the Director of Sales Force Effectiveness. 

Barb and her husband Tim live in Red Wing, where she was born and raised, with their two college and high school-aged children.
